Everything was great
A full body massage would be the only way to improve the services provided.
I was happy with the great customer service, friendliness, caring staff, and the professionalism of the staff and especially the dentisit he had a positive attitude and did a wonderful job and made sure I was taken care of. With that being said I don't think anything next time needs to change or be different because everyone was awesome and I had a great experience! Also I am pregnant and they made sure I was taken care of in that aspect to ensure safety.

Everything was very nice. The friendliness of the staff made check in a breeze. I am always nervous going to the dentist but Becky made me feel welcome and calm for the initial exam and cleaning. Dr. Pell was very kind and knowledgeable and calmed my nerves. I'm glad I chose Shenandoah Family Dentistry.
Thirty years in Navy Medicine sharing space with Dental Department . Dr. Pell is as fine a dentist as I have ever known. He is a true professional with unparalleled expertise and wonderful personality.
