I have been coming to the Staunton MyEye.Dr. for many years.The service given in this location from the front office, doctors, and tech is the best I have experienced in the Valley. Both my husband and I appreciate that the staff work to find the best glasses for our insurance benefits and budget.
Optometrist is fine. It feels like the staff is pushing you through to the optician as fast as possible, though. Front office staff and the assistant are curt, at best. They didn't submit to my insurance and didn't send a bill until 7mo later. The local office said I would have to pay to have a detailed bill mailed so I could submit it myself. He hung up before I could ask any more Qs. Not going back. Update: 2 mo later I got another bill. They never even tried to bill my insurance. No EOBs with denials, they just didn't eve... read more
