We had a wonderful experience meeting with Dr. Crouch. He was very kind and compassionate with our daughter, and we appreciated the extra time he spent with her as she tried to learn how to use contacts for the first time. He is a warm and knowledgeable doctor and didn’t make us feel rushed even though they were getting ready to close for the day and our daughter still had not mastered putting in the contacts and taking them out. Fantastic! Thank you Jade and Jessica! My mother and I were staying at a hotel in Staunton, visiting from out of town, and CRUNCH ... I stepped on my one pair eyeglasses. Jade and Jessica saved the day! Through their skilled effort, they ultimately fixed the glasses, allowing me and my mother to continue our getaway. They wouldn't even accept payment for their time and effort. Very grateful!
