Appointment was great. Dr Cory and they lady that helped me pick out my glasses were fantastic!!! When I went to pick up my glasses that was a different story. The only people there were the receptionists and they were very nice. Problem is there was no fitting no how do they feel/look. Just here's your glasses have a nice day.
Honestly I would go elsewhere. Front office staff only care about the commission they will make off your purchase. Most frames are cheaper elsewhere anyway. Additionally they can’t be counted on to hold an appointment. Book 3 weeks ago they call today (2 days before appointment) and cancel.
I called this office looking for a particular eyeglass frame and they were polite, efficient and very helpful! They seemed very eager to help me over the phone. I can only imagine how helpful they are in office!
After making more than 5 attempts to correct the prescription in the lenses, they still haven't gotten it right. They sent me to Charlottesville to a different doctor when I asked for the original lenses to have a re check by the original doctor I had seen, they refused and stated if I didn't think he did it right then I need to go to a different doctor.
