This apartment complex used to be decent. They have done some remodeling and for that reason they think it’s OK to jack up the rent it just isn’t worth it anymore. When I first moved in the rent was $675 not bad. It is now $765 still not bad, but now they’re raising it to $950 - $1100 which is literally outrageous being that it’s a one bedroom. I lived here for several years always felt safe getting in my car at 530 am. The entire staff previous and current were always helpful Renee & Shay thanks for always being professional and responding in a timely fashion. I truly enjoyed being a resident of the Shanadoah Bend Community.

Highly unprofessional!! Was Specifically told to come there before closing to put a security deposit on a apartment to only be told that the apartment that I wanted was no longer available.
