Bad management: have a bug problem and have contacted the landlords multiple times and they never get back to you. Please do better.
Bugs were all in our apartment bit up my wife landlord did sent terrible exterminators out and they found nothing she was bit up bad I don’t recommend that place at all!!!!
3 weeks ago there were 2 apartments available. My boyfriend and I made an appointment to view both of these apartments, after we viewed the apartment we decided to apply for one. The application was $100 ($50 per person), the lady told us that due to the holidays it will take some time for us to hear back. After thanksgiving, we followed up with her to check on our application, the lady who runs this place told us she hasn’t received an answer from the application and will let us know once she does. I had a appointment for a opening of a 1 bedroom apartment Me and my Boyfriend filled paper work which the website says 40$ a application which would be 80$ for both of us I then had to pay a total of 200$ for applications I had the impression that we were seeing the apartment that day also but I then scheduled to look at the apartment another day which was fine...I then started calling everyday to see why its taking so long she ignored me then come to find out there was no apartment someone was already living in it she scam... read more
