Avoid living at Shenandoah Apartments if at all possible. I am not one quick to complain about landlords and have never written a review like this before. This is far and away the worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex and I have lived at 7-8 places with similar rent. About five months after moving in my roommate and I discovered that our apartment was infested with bedbugs. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Near impossible to get them on the phone. Poor record keeping. Tried to get pet deposit out of us twice. They never have enough parking and they have a predatory agreement with a bottom-feeding tow company. For the guaranteed 5+ cars that won’t have a spot you will have to park around the block or pay around 250$ to get your car out the next day. Laundromat is a joke, nearly every machine is broken.
