Today Josh came by and did a tune up. Everything was awesome! Updated 8/30: Josh came out on 8/25 and another wonderful job installing the surge protector.
Josh did an excellent job. He checked everything and then explained preventative maintenance recommendations and why they would be good additions to our systems. Very personable and spoke in an easy going manner.
We had Shenandoah install our Trane HVAC system about 2 years ago, we have been really pleased and the technician Josh is amazing!!!
John showed up on time and worked steadily with Josh to complete the job on time. He explained what was done and appears to have done a good job.
