This company from first call to install has been great. My heat went out a week before this past weekend's snowstorm. At the time of scheduling, I was a week out before they were able to come and install (falling after the storm). Once the snow was confirmed I received a call to move my install up so I would not be without heat for it. I am very grateful for this company that will put customers wellbeing first as a lot of companies will tell you there is nothing they can do and keep the schedule as is. 2 service calls and a new HVAC system. EVERY time we call, from the front office to the technicians, nothing but stellar service. Our last call to see why our HVAC fan was constantly running, Prestin did a fantastic job with troubleshooting, explaining and quoting the repair while on site. Product was ordered and they were back the very next day to fix.
The. Tree that came to our home tackled two complete systems up and down. The group, from the front office to emergency techs, to those who actually performed the install were outstanding. As I was starting to lose my faith in contractors and they came along. Great job Team.
