I'm not one to typically fill out reviews. I was referred to Dr Ma's after I suffered a torn rotator cuff. From the very first office visit and every visit Dr Ma and his staff treated me as an equal and not just a patient or a number. Dr Ma and his staff were very thorough in explaining the entire process and what to expect leading up to and following my surgery, in terms that I understood.
