I came across Shen's webpage a few years back (when I wasn't looking for a house) and was impressed at how detail oriented and informative his site was. Little sections explaining the different parts of Malibu etc...seemed above and beyond what agents advertise. Bought and sold my only home from Shen. The fact that Shen has so much experience is professional, efficient and reliable made him the only choice for me. He had my best interest at heart by offering insight about pros and cons of selling and buying.
