Jenny went above and beyond on my case and I couldn't recommend her enough. My case was probably more lengthy and annoying than 90% of the cases out there, but Jenny persisted on it and saw it through. She was very detail oriented, had a sharp sense, and was extremely proactive in solving the problem when things went wrong.
