Dr Chen is fantastic! Kind. Caring. Knowledgeable. Professional. And has a fabulous staff. Never feel rushed or neglected. Strongly recommend her for excellent dental care.
Dr. Shen is wonderful. She is very professional and friendly. One thing I’ve noticed is her numbing shot to the gum technique, I rarely feel any pain. I love that about her. Thank you Dr. Shen.
Took me about 5 years to find Franny! She's the best teeth cleaner in town lol I couldn't handle the drill sound or feel bc of how anxious I would get. Franny helped a great deal and still accommodates when I cant handle it, but it's a huge improvement I would say. Love you Franny-thanks for all the great stories.
I have been going to Dr. Shen for over a decade! She is very professional and takes her time to examine and work on any procedures. She's very thorough and careful and knows about my history and any sensitivity.
I went to Dr Shen for cleanings when I lived in Sacramento. In my experience she was pretty straightforward, did a good job with cleanings, and didn’t try to sell treatments you didn’t need, unlike a lot of other dentists.
