I just purchased a 2024 Blazer for my wife from Rich and Hilary at Shemwell. It was an easy, comfortable process that I would definately seek out again. We worked out 95% of the details in a 15 minute phone call before I made the 1 hour trip to Red Bud, IL All that was really left to do was look over the Blazer and my trade in and sign on the dotted line. Super laid back and comfortable. Good people.
JUST WOW…. In my 25 years of purchasing vehicles I’ve never had a better experience… talk about no pressure and laid back, this is it… not to mention the low prices - due to low overhead I assume. Another great fact about this place is that there are no “car salesmen” (the usual slick, pushy, employees with questionable integrity that we’ve all run into at some point when shopping for a vehicle)…… they have something much better… Rich, the owner…. Bought a vehicle from here had it less than six months, got an oil change it has an oil leak and a transmission leak, I can smell a burn smell from the engine. This is going to cost me money I do not have. Aslo the speakers are no good they sound horrible. I asked for a carfax and he printed out a auto check which I am not familiar with. Oil leaks aren't cheap to repair the labor is expensive. Not happy.
