better 5 years ago... – This is my "must do" store everytime I visit Vegas...first place I go with my winnings! A lot of my jewelry is from this store and oh, I do LOVE it all!...Oh and of course, it is always 50% off (yup, always)...But this last visit on April 20th was very frustrating-...a lady sales rep in there was constantly saying "everything 50% off" so much that I couldn't consintrate on shopping-so I just left...I hope they see this so they chill on the "everything 50% off" song...I will visit again on my next trip... read more
First off, the employees don't even know what a lot of the stones are so unless you know for sure what you are buying, beware. Secondly, they absolutely glue stones that fall out. If you spend some time looking you will notice a lot of items with glue on them & some flat out bad craftsmanship. They have some of the most vile, low class employees you will ever come across especially at that Miracle Mile Location. It certainly says a lot about the company & it's products.
I came in to the store inside Planet Hollywood. I bought a moonstone necklace that cost me $450.00 as soon as I was done getting ready for that night.I put this piece on and a stone feel out. I was really dissapointed because it was a special night and I was expecting to wear it. So the next day I took it back to the store and the manager said she will get it fixed. well guess what?! they started glueing it back together and this is sopposibly real stone and real silver.who does that!
