Shemeika was very efficient, communicated well, and was really fun to work with. She was direct, honest, and gave me complete confidence. One of the things I appreciated most was that she worked with me like a partner, rather than someone who was on an "as needed to know" basis. I felt supported and knew she considered my input and respected my decisions. I am going to miss working with her! She's now a friend.

I've had the pleasure of working with Shemeika twice in the past year. First she helped my mother buy a house, which she has settled into beautifully and loves. Recently it was my turn and I felt so lucky to have her on my team while I was going through the process of finding my forever home. She got me there! I am loving my new place! But if for some reason, I decide to move again down the road, I will absolutely call Shemeika. She is the best! Fun to work with and never any doubt about her knowledge and competence.

Shemeika is phenomenal! I was a first-time home buyer in Santa Cruz after living here for 27 years. I wasn't sure whether I'd be able to afford anything in the area, but Shemeika showed me almost 30 homes in my price range!
