Shem Creek is the absolute best seafood dining in Mt Pleasant and Charleston area. Casual, but excellent food. The "Damn Good Crab Cakes" are the absolute best along with the appetizer "Silver Dollar Crab Cakes". It is so good we went twice during our stay this year. @shemcreekbarandgrill
