After weeks of searching, buying and returning bad quality racks, I found this company searching internet with the help of AI. And I am so glad I did. Starting with the first contact by phone through the help loading the rack on my car everything was very friendly and smooth. The quality of the materials are better than I expected, 14 gauge steel perfectly painted. Light years better quality that what I found in stores. Thank you Thomas, Raul and the two ladies in the office for making my day better.
Tom finally contacted me . Apologized, will update when we are finished with business. Bad customer service. I'm a repeat customer, couldn't get a call back. Then the owner Tom is to busy to talk about a system I need thats gonna probably cost a couple hundred grand. I'll take my business elsewhere. So ridiculous
