S ins't for shelton's it's for Sucks!!! Oh wow were do I begin...my hubby who is currently in Iraq bought me a day of beauty at Shelton's salon and day spa...well the ONLY part that was worth going was the massage and facial...the girl who did my massage was a sweetheart! all the other people were rude and acted like I was a burden! expecially the girls at the front desk! My hubby spent $300 at that place and they should have treated me alot better then they did...I was the ONLY one there spending that much money!!! but yeah... read more
Monte Rocks! Monte does a fantastic job on my hair. she makes it look fuller and the cut is just perfect for me. I love the little girl who does the massages there too, she is really good. havent had a chance for a pedi yet but maybe soon. go see Monte, she is great and has a fun personality!
Get a new receptionist!! Everything was fine except for the receptionist!! I would name her but it's embarrassing enough for her with the attitude she has!! She was rude and snobby!! Oh well, they're not the ONLY day spa in Fort Worth! Thank goodness!!
hair god!!! JEFF MARTIN OF THE FORT WORTH SALON ON HULEN STREET IS THE BEST STYLIST IN THE WORLD!!! CUT, COLOUR, STYLE - HE IS THE MAN!!!! HE IS AMIABLE, HANDSOME AND JUST THE ABSOLUTE BEST HAIR STYLIST I HAVE EVER KNOWN. YOU NEED ONLY ASK HIS COLLEAGUES AND THEY WILL WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE WITH MY ASSESSMENT OF JEFF'S TALENTS!!!
What a great day! I was given a day at the spa for my birthday. I received a facial, a massage, a manicure, a pedicure, a haircut and style, and a makeup session, with a lunch catered in between. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel special. The massage and facial especially were just heavenly. The manicure was not the best I ever had, but that's a small picky thing compared to the overall day. What a great way to spend my birthday!
good spa I used to go to Sheltons until I found someone who really did a better job with my hair. I found Sheltons to be a nice place with friendly people for the most part. The only person I found less than friendly was the receptionist staff. They always made you feel like they were doing you a favor by being there, which they really were not. Its not as if it is a largely sought after spa... Otherwise things were fine for me.
Stay away from Tyler!! Tyler is the worst makeup artist ever. It's a misnomer to use the word artist for what she does. She has no talent, tact, or skill. Her only motivation seems to be to get your money and get you out of her chair. Honestly, you might have better luck at the makeup counter at a department store.
