This is the first review I've written, inspired by the awful service at Shelton Cleaners. I recently moved to this area and while the location and price of this business are good, but the quality and customer service are lacking. I realized when I picked up my clothes the first time that the tags had been attached with medium sized safety pins under the arms of all of my shirts, leaving holes in each of them. I FELT LIKE I WAS WALKING IN BAD SIDE OF KATY. WORKERS WHO REPREENT THE COMPANY I MIGHT SAY WITH TATTOOS' ALL OVER. REPRESENTATIVES WHO WORK THERE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. BUT THEN AGAIN WHEN YOU SEE WHAT YOUR WORKING WITH YOU WILL UNDERSTAND.
