Dr. Shelton and Mellanie are more than fantastic. I wish there were a six star rating that I could give, because they've earned it. Even the staff at the front desk knew my name when I entered the building (obviously, I was "on the books" for my appointment, but it could have been anyone walking in). Both Mellanie and Dr. Shelton "knew my story" and were very accommodating to my increasingly busy schedule. I've also been able to work through quite a few of my 'fears' at the dentist with Norwood Dental. Highly recommend!!
Great staff, top notch service and they're super nice.
Such a wonderful experience!! The staff was amazing! I had my two children with me, one is 3 and they were so accomadating to him and my daughter while I was being examined. They were very gentle, I went in with an abscess and was in a tremendous amount of pain. They were full of kindness and constant smiles from beginning to end. I would recommend this dentist over any dentist I have been to in the past 20 years!
