My family lucked out when we found this guy. To begin with, he really took his time with my kids. He explained to them what he was going to do, the tools he'd be using, how those tools felt. My little ones were totally comfortable with him, and so was I. Some OTHER area dentists that we'd looked into had refused to allow the parent in the room with the child during exams and procedures. Dr. Smith is wonderful!! My first appointment with him was surprising!! One of my teeth required an x-ray, which I was not aware of, so he didn't charge me for it!! I'm a student with very limited funds, so it made me very happy!! He's very laid back with a pleasant bedside manner.
