Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and able to articulate in a manner that I could understand as to the repair that he would be doing in order get my furnace operational. He listened to what I told him was going on and the steps that I had taken to try and get furnace to light, prior to my calling. Technician was able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix it and also check furnace for any other potential issues. Very satisfied with the service and Technician.
