5 stars honestly isn’t enough. I cannot recommend Shelby Shelton Law Group enough. After calling around and being treated poorly by other offices, I was discouraged. Some places made me feel judged instead of helped. But from the moment I connected with this team, everything changed. Very rude front desk . I’ll take my business somewhere else . When you call up there front desk seems in a rush to get off the phone or answer rudely and no help . Could be more patient and polite especially if customers are planning on spending good money. Word or advice , make your customers or future customers feel confident in hiring yall , and be patient don’t make them feel rushed and not confident in there desicion to proceed forward in hiring you guys. Lee Shelton is a wonderful and steadfast attorney! My wife got a traffic ticket while driving through New York state, and he was able to go to bat for us in order to resolve the issue. This firm had our case. The office answered all questions. From your first call till the last court they were helpful. The receptionist always made us feel like everything will be OK. She always tried to help with all our needs. She was very nice and helpful. The office will work with you to get the best outcome.
