Wanting to relocate to the Shelton area, we stayed at the Shelton Inn almost every week for five months. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty for us and for other guests. Even though the rooms are dated, they are clean and comfortable. Staying there each week gave me the opportunity to speak to other guests. Many of them were return guests that had been coming since the hotel was opened in the 1960's.
