Dr. Shelton was able to fit my family member in to see them; however, never returned their phone call. Their condition could have became serious. Thank God a doctor from a clinic was able to assist. I was going to give 1 star; but my family member said 2. I hope she will take her job more seriously because these reviews will follow here wherever she goes.
Made appointment for my wife 3 months out and a week before her office calls and cancels?? Because she’s going private and charging for services up front. So now I have to wait another 3 months to see someone else? She obviously does not put patients first so I advise against using her services.
Dr Shelton has been my doctor for several years. She is where I go for help with any sickness or unknown ache or pain that I may have. She also takes care of my yearly physical, so I have been to her many times. What sets her apart from other doctors is her insight-fullness. She pays attention to the physical issue but then has also notices the body language of the patient, such as a sigh, or deep breath or smile.
