SCM provided complete, concise, and useful information to help my parent and I manage a difficult illness. Our care mgr provided info to help us navigate medical systems, find good caregivers and rehab placements, stepped in and out as needed, read my parent’s needs and attitudes well, and adjusted accordingly.
