Joe has done a great job inspecting the house we want to buy. Even on a very windy day, he went above and beyond and climbed on the roof to check its status. It is obvious from the first phone call that he's passionate about his job. His inspections take longer - he spent more than 4 hours inspecting the 1300 sq ft. house we want to purchase. I have had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Joe on several different properties over the last 20+ years. I would not purchase a property without Joe giving it his thorough inspection. You will learn things you would never have thought about and come away with a complete understanding of what you are intending to invest your hard earned money in. Not the cheapest but you will get more than what you paid for. That's value.

There is no reason to have anyone inspect your potential home than Shelterworks - and that is not an exaggeration. We were referred to Joe and were told he was detailed and responsive. Joe from Shelterworks is the ULTIMATE home inspector. We've used Joe twice and would highly recommend Joe to anyone. He wrote a very detailed 40+ page home inspection report with dozens of pictures so anyone can pick up the report and understand the issue being described. Joe spent an entire day writing up his report. His passion for his work becomes obvious within minutes of working with Joe.
