I'll give you 5 stars because I full expect you'll be letting this employee go as she's clearly not mentally equipped to provide equal level of care to patients regardless of race. If I'm wrong, star ratings can always be adjusted.
If you have chronic pain, avoid nurse practioner ERIN NOWLIN. I have been going there for 17 years. Dr Leghart is a great doctor but ERIN NOWLIN somehow took his place. I've never been treated in such a way as I did with Erin. She doesn't understand chronic pain. Reviewing her records I see she has been a nurse practiiner at some random office and she has studied food and nutrition and some physical therapy.
