Alan Goldkin is the owner of this non-existent company. PLEASE DO NOT RENT from him. If I could give 0 stars I would. He will not return your deposit. After promising that he will. I've had to take him to small claims court to receive my judgement. The judge then let me know that the company had been dissolved. He is renting properties under false pretenses.
