I canceled my policy and I'm still being charged for it after 4 roughly months of being wrongly charged. I was not even offered an apology or an expectation date of when the refund would be issued or received.
I am so beyond blessed with Shelter Insurance. I reached out to get help and they were so gracious, polite, and kind. Most importantly they are very timely and give amazing customer service. Thank you so much ! 10/10
