They did a great job with quotes, fast responses and great service
This insurance is reasonable, with the price but for the life of me, I can never speak with Rikki Casey! She's always either out of the office or on the other line. It's really frustrating when you have a question that the front desk has no idea.
Follow up: Rikki has taken over my policy work and experience has been excellent since. Upgrading to 5 stars for the positive experience since.
For the last decade, Rikki was really great to work with (even though Shelter rarely, if ever actually helped us out). With recent storms, we had an adjuster come out to look at our property. He gave us no warning that he was coming and refused to come back another time when our project manager with the roofing company could be here. When my husband reached out to Rikki to tell her how unprofessional the whole thing had been, she just told him that's how it is now. Just as unprofessional as her adjuster....
