This is one of the worst insurance companies you could possibly ever use. At every turn, they’re rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and frankly just purely unpleasant to deal with. From canceling our policy and still getting billed, to getting yelled at by their secretary, this has been one of the WORST experience my family and I have had with any insurance organization.
