I used shelter for some time but just learned they canceled my policy without my knowledge for a declined monthly auto payment, however, Chantel and I set up my credit card as a secondary payment at the beginning of my policy. Turns out all of a sudden they don’t accept secondary payments and went ahead and canceled my policy. Terrible communication and very unfortunate as my grandfather has a relationship with Mr. Welch. I was in a bad way when I went in and and I don't really understand know or what to do with insurance, as every time I have used insurance or filed for insurance stuff it seems like I have been given a hard time and unnecessary pain. So I was really apprehensive when I went in to talk to him about my situation, but he put me out of ease and help me understand as much as I can and we were able to get my insurance all figured out and got it started.
