Id give zero stars if i could We were misled and then unfairly portrayed as dishonest. Furthermore, there was an attempt to pressure us into canceling our policy mid-term through a misleading and manipulative conversation. We have since contacted corporate and are pursuing legal action. This was not a simple mistake—it rises to the level of fraud and defamation of character. This matter involves agent Derrick Thomason out of Sunrise Beach, MO. O and we stil have yet to hear from the corprate office.
