The worst experience we ever had was with Shelter Insurance. Agent just stopped communicating with us and when contacting the email address I was told to contact my agent, makes you wonder if something happened to your property and you needed to make a claim, how prompt would they be to take care of that. I have multiple attempts of communications sent to the agent and no response! DO NOT RECOMMEND SHELTER INSURANCE BILLING WAS A NIGHTMARE- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL * RATING SHOULD BE 0 Stars

Audrey is the most amazing insurance agent I have ever met, no matter what the problem is or what I need she is always there to come through and to fix anything I run into, I had a car I thought I was about to buy and when that didn't work out and I had to switch to a different company and a whole other car, she had my quote and my insurance information ready to go at the best rate in 20 minutes, I didn't even have to give her any details because she has already dealt with everyone out there so she had everything I needed be... read more
