Sometimes, it's just nice to have a good agent. I don't necessarily care about the cost of my policy - but I do care about being polite, kind, and like my time is important to you. I've been with this company for over 10 years and my last agent was wonderful. He would call me on my birthday, answer any questions I had, and always made me feel like I was important.
