Don is always helpful with any issue and is a very good advisor, even when there are conflicts with other parties. He is very easy to reach and always responds quickly. I had a bike accident where someone hit me and ran, but the driver was later found. Even though I only have property and car insurance through him, Don still handled the situation and helped with the compensation process. I truly appreciate his support and professionalism.
