They didn't call before they came to do work. They didn't do the work they said they would, but charged for it. The work done was not done well or, in some cases, right. They left the job incomplete and now won't return contact attempts from me or my insurance company. They sold themselves as a family company with a great guarantee. They did not and have not met expectations.
