The stove fan feeds straight back into the house, air is not clean, unable to remove the mold stains in the bathroom, PGE can be $700 in the summer because it's old - AND THEY KEEP INCREASING RENT. Police are here regularly, neighbors will wake you pulling in blasting music after quiet hours.
The place is OK, the Maintenance is a joke though.
I'm updating my experience at Shelter Cove. In the past few months new management and things are great. A management team that does their job and happy to help with anything. Catherine (management )and John (maintenance. ) Great people here looking out for you.
