Management and maintenance are 2 different departments so I'm told. Facts no emotion. Had a water issue. A Tornado fan was in apartment to dry out carpet. When maintenance took fan the grease stains left on the carpet were very obvious . Maintenance did not acknowledge to me ,tell his supervisor or Management. And proceed to file a complaint against me cause I hurt his feelings.
Loved it , excellent place to lived. Management was fantastic.
I love this apartments so clean and affordable and also the manger is good she is quick problem solved
The stove fan feeds straight back into the house, air is not clean, unable to remove the mold stains in the bathroom, PGE can be $700 in the summer because it's old - AND THEY KEEP INCREASING RENT. Police are here regularly, neighbors will wake you pulling in blasting music after quiet hours.
