leasing agent Gladys terry told us we qualify and could rent a townhouse in the new townhouse in monticello, she took our deposit and credit money, after that we cannot contact her or shelter corp, they do not answer phone calls or email, it has been months now they will not contact me, I have contacted Mn attorney generals office , they sent a letter to her and corporate. no response back . I’d give a zero of if I could.  This place is horrible.  I have been trying to deal with since February.  A charge of $385 was made under another’s name; which I have screen shots showing it’s clearly under another name yet Shelter Corp says the charge is valid.

Horrible company to rent from. They make us jump through hoops to pay rent, and very invasive to our privacy in the process. They are not keeping up with lawn work; did not keep up with watering. I can't wait to get out of hear; I feel like I'm living under a socialist regime. I can't wait to get out of here.

I have been waiting for 4 months for something to be done about 2 windows on my floor. There r no screens on these windows and the wasps, stink bugs, bees, and boxelder bugs constantly come thru those windows, becuz people keep opening them. Hence, I get those bugs in my apt. I was told screens were ordered, so I waited some more. Then I was told locks would be put at the top, so people wouldnt be able to open them. The windows remain open. I'm killing these bugs outside my apt. so they don't come in. Beyond frustrated.

ZERO STARS‼️ My daughter applied at this apartment complex a month ago. My daughter was looking for subsidize housing and this wasn’t subsidized. The lady didn’t inform her of that until my daughter gave a deposit. It’s been almost a month and they won’t give my daughter her deposit or her app fee back. No one answers phones AT ALL at corporate office. If my daughter owed Arbors, she’d be evicted by now. Over a month now, no gym access, no swimming pool access since summer began….this is just absurd and pretty much annoying. And they still decided to increase rent. I work from home and gym is the only thing that keeps me sane. But no, the management doesn’t seem to care to hasting up the repairs.
