We contacted Shelter Construction to get a roof inspection done for a home we are under contract for in Bracey, VA. We had a bit of a time crunch to get the inspection completed and Justin accommodated us and got the inspection done that week. We received photos, along with a repair quote, and new roof replacement cost. We had three areas of the roof that needed attention. Had a difficult time getting companies to come out since it was a small work scope. Shelter Construction didn't hesitate to look at the job. Justin was AWESOME! Came out to look at the issues and provided us with pricing (which was very reasonable!). Explained all the work that was going to be completed. Highly recommend!

I hope this helps someone out there feel comfortable and confident about choosing a trusted roofing company. Justin Wray was very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me see the vision I had for our house which we ended up doing in shingles and standing seam. Replacing your roof is a big expense, so I did my due diligence and got estimates from a few companies. Shelter Roofing stood out from the rest by walking me through the entire process and actually showing me the damages. Justin was amazing and very thorough. He went above and beyond and didn’t try to nickel and dime me. He was honest and they got the job done quick! The entire team was great and cleaned up the mess once finished. I’m happy with the outcome of the roof. 10 out of 10 highly recommend and will use again!

We were given a free estimate by Justin. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He shared reasons why he made suggestions on the best options to meet our needs. We are waiting for the estimate. This is a professional company. Their truck was wrapped with the logo of the company which showed us they are proud of their work. The turn around time for the evaluation of need and the start time were just a few days. Justin even caulked a few bad spots to ensure no leaks in case it rains before they start the job!
