Raised the rent three times this year without proper notice .. then decided to do water shut offs at random with little to no time to prepare. The air quality hasn't been tested and there most definitely is some sort of mold exposure. Tenants live in safe and tiny quarters while having very little left in the pockets to eat.. Close to anemities, bus stops, the Salvation Army church, and the old horse track soon to be demolished to walk around with your pet. Overall, it is a quiet area, and people are pleasant to speak to.
Huge nightmare once you move out they'll damage your credit and say you owe thousands of dollars. Place is a dive not cleaned or maintained.
