Don't rent from this company they have no will to do any customer retention and only care about their profits and will raise your rent anytime they can.
For fully furnished apartments. We are having back pain on their mattresses. They keep replacing mattresses with used mattresses. Hallways are always full of dirt. Yet, they're keep increasing rent each year
The worst crooked company ever I moved out 5 years ago and now they say I owe thousands of dollars in rent which is impossible. They'll screw you over and wreck your credit. Place is a dive always messy and loud people in and out all hours of the night. Looks like an episode of the trailer park boys with all the garbage outside. Not well maintained from inside and outside.
Awful place to rent an apartment from!!! We had a ton of break-ins and damage over the Christmas holidays and they did nothing to increase security. Now almost a month later we get notices that management is not responsible for any of the damage or stolen property and that if we are concerned about stolen mail we should have it sent somewhere other that the mailboxes INSIDE the building as they aren’t safe 🙄. Rent literally anywhere else!!
