My experience was unfavourable. Shelter Properties charged high rent rates for what I consider to be an inferior product. For example, the building I stayed in was old and dated. The cupboards in both kitchen and bathroom are made of old pieces of cheap plywood (or something similar) and desperately need updating. Countertops and windows are also old. I grew up in these buildings pine view to be exact Don Sinclair was the prop manager at the time back then the buildings and properties were always well maintained back then I was only a kid. Seems that nothing has changed over the yrs only new management I have only fond memories of the staff and property to this very day when I go by there I can still see that it is well taken care of. I highly recommend shelter Canadian properties to anyone looking for beautiful accomodation

I live at Westview apartment building and I love it here. Since I've lived here everyone including the super independents, they are all very helpful, things that need to be done get done, you gotta fill out a form sheet and they are on the ball. No one gets inside any of the buildings unless they have a special key. As for people or tenants inside the building knocking on doors, that should be taken up with the building manager she will handle any nonsense.
