Excellent customer service from Shelly. She went out of her way to deliver the Christmas flowers to our cousin in Pikesville. It is a beautiful arrangement and our cousin was just delighted. Shelly is a joy to work with. Highly recommended !!

This was my first time using this florist and Shelly did an outstanding job with exceptional customer service. She did not have the vase I chose on the website, it was on back order, but I didn’t want a generic case by any means, and she went above and beyond to come as close as possible to what I had chosen! Delivery was prompt and the arrangement arrived in perfect condition. If I need anything else sent in her delivery area, I will definitely use her again. Shelly’s and her staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the perfect corsage for prom. They handled my request promptly and I couldn’t have found a better fit! Will definitely be back for the next one.
