Sarah has been Wonderful! She is a good listener, takes note of all of my concerns, and gives practical suggestions. Never insists that I do things her way. What a Joy for her to encourage me to listen to my body, and only take the meds I need for Parkinson's. I am a home care worker (HCW) with the Council of Governments and have a few patients who see Dr. Atkinson, namely, is my one client who is suffering from Parkinsons. This person also has a neuro-implant, which we, as a supposed TEAM, are working for this patient to continually adjust the settings in this implant to improve quality of life. With that said, I just received a call 25 minutes before my clients appointment that Dr. Atkinson is suddenly 'out sick', and we have to reschedule clear out to mid-April!! I went here due to a referral for a small brain aneurysm. The receptionist was amazing, but it went downhill from there. The "doctor" I saw was cavalier and arrogant. I was asked here times why did you come here?" By the time I let, I was wondering the same thing. Hopefully his diagnosis of "it's insignificant " and "0% chance of rupture" are correct!
Unfriendly, cold, rude and not helpful - especially the front office!
