They called me today at 12:45pm to cancel my son's 330pm that I made over a week ago to say that the doctor doesn't see 2 year olds. Only 12 and older. She shouldn't be listed as a pediatric doctor then and your office staff should do better about calling patients in a timely manner as I already left work early to drive back to Brooklyn to pick him up and bring him to the doctor.
