Dr Williams takes her time with you... exams are detailed, she goes over everything clearly, gives options & together comes up with a plan. I believe she is a truly good person, which to me makes her a great doctor.
I trust Dr. Williams, been with her for 13 yrs, she takes time with you, referrals to the best doctor if she doesn't deal in your type of issue, & works with you. Office staff is friendly. I don't like having to deal with the answering machine at all and problems with their new PC system is very concerning & frustrating!
Dr. Williams has been a good doctor. Nurse & staff are awful & unprofessional! When calling the office 99.9% of the time you must leave a voicemail & they do not return your call, or call after 6 PM. Recently in ER, new health issues, could have something very serious going on, called the office & left multiple messages with NO RESPONSE! Multiple other issues (too many to mention here). This is unacceptable for a primary care physician. I would not recommend this practice to anyone!
Been a pt for 16 yrs & I have seen a decline. Office hours cut, when you call all you get is voicemail & nobody responds until close to 5-5:30 . Never can get an appt., Dr. no longer responds to after hour calls, a nurse does telling you to go to ER. Took infant in for a cough, 3 visits & 3 mths later & nothing done about it. Tried to make appt. for self, said they would call something in, never happened. when I complained, told to find someone else!
Dr. Williams is very thorough. She is willing to take the extra moments with her patients to treat the whole person, not just the one apparent problem. Her office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
