Shelly is excellent! I just wish access to her was not limited by the AI system Methodist uses to prevent conversation with actual staff and providers. It’s very frustrating when you just need to speak with a person, but you cannot.
Shelly is always able to answer questions in a manner which I easily understand. She recommends great specialists, and is caring as well as professional! She is the BEST!
