My Hazard Insurance expired on 6/12/20 so I faxed the updated policy (I own a condo so we have it) to their Insurance Dept on 6/17/20 and even e-mailed it to them at the e-mail address they provided at insdocs@shellpointmtg.com on 6/22/20. That same day, they took $8,959.00 for an 'Insurance Premium Disbursement' out of my escrow account without me even receiving a first or second warning letter which, according to federal law since 2014, is illegal.
