She encourages her patients to be physically active and offers suggestions to stay connected with others for mental health as well.
Dr. Shelling Davis is awesome. She's very thorough in explaining my health concerns, and breaks down what I need to do to combat my unhealthy habits and issues. She takes the time to make sure I understand what I need to do to lead a healthy life.
