When the surgeon is " out of the office" , there's no plan in place to ensure patients can be seen by another doctor. This office is run VERY POORLY.
Professional and to the point
This office is terrible. My boyfriend had an accident a few months ago, done by dr. Powell. They directed us to this office for his checkups and whatnot. We live 50 minutes away, so it's not like we can go see them whenever. Every single time we have tried to contact someone, they're either taking a 3 hour lunch break, no one answers, or they're horribly rude.
