Dr. Flynn is amazing. She has always been available and has taken time to answer my questions in the patient portal. When I meet with her, she is very pleasant and her staff have said how much they enjoy working with her. One staff said Dr. Flynn brings joy and fun to the office. When my mom was looking to establish a PCP, she saw Shelli once. My mom was at her lowest w/ her disease and needed someone to hear about her complications. My mother’s experience was horrible. Shelli had no bedside manner. She was cold and dismissive. Refused to refer her to an Endocrinologist. Shelli did not listen, provide support or compassion. My mom was treated like a number.

Just had my first appointment with Dr Flynn. It was the best medical appointment experience I’ve ever had. Both her and her staff seemed so relaxed and happy. They seemed to truly enjoy their jobs, and really took their time to make sure all of my concerns were thoroughly addressed. After 50 some years of life I’ve finally met a Dr I can feel happy to schedule an appointment with.
